Yoav established YJE & Company, Inc. in 2006. He is an Enrolled Agent (EA), licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). As a CFE, Yoav has specialized training in fraud prevention, detection, investigation, and financial transaction analysis.

Yoav received a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management Information Systems from Reichman University in Israel and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). He earned his Master of Science in Taxation from Howard Taft University and also completed the Executive Financial Planning program at UNLV.

Yoav has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses before the IRS and state taxing authorities. His representation experience includes IRS collections and tax resolution, local, state and federal audits, appeals, wage garnishments, penalty matters, and complex tax controversies.

Yoav’s areas of expertise include international, corporate, and individual taxation. He has extensive experience in tax preparation and compliance for individuals and businesses, including U.S. taxpayers with foreign income, assets, and business interests. His international tax practice includes cross border transactions, foreign reporting and compliance, and assisting foreign individuals and corporations doing business or investing in the United States. He also assists U.S. individuals and businesses with the U.S. tax consequences of international activities.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Yoav is experienced in assisting individuals and businesses with suspected fraud, financial irregularities, internal theft, and other matters requiring financial investigation and analysis. His background in taxation, financial analysis, and IRS representation provides a strong foundation for identifying and analyzing complex financial transactions and potential fraud.

Lisa joined YJE & Company in 2008 as the accounting manager and became a partner in 2013. Lisa is an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Lisa received a BS Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego. She earned her MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Lisa’s areas of expertise are accounting, corporate and individual taxes and state sales tax audits.

Gabe was born in Pendleton, Oregon and moved to Las Vegas in 2014. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rasmussen University in 2018, and began working with YJE & Company the same year. He has been an Enrolled Agent since 2020. He married his college sweetheart in 2016 and became a girl dad in 2021. He is an avid baseball and football fan and is a 1x fantasy football champion.

Allison is an experienced tax professional with a comprehensive background in accounting, tax preparation, and strategic tax planning. She earned her degree from the University of Arkansas and quickly achieved her CPA certification. After gaining valuable experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she completed her MBA at UNLV. In 2004, Allison founded her own business in Henderson, Nevada, specializing in tax services, accounting, and bookkeeping. In 2026, she joined YJE & Company, Inc., where she continues to provide expert tax guidance while fostering meaningful relationships and helping small businesses achieve their financial goals. A proud mother of two daughters in college—one in Texas, the other in California—Allison enjoys spending time with her family, as well as attending concerts and other events with her husband, a lifelong Las Vegas resident.

Andrew McClintic joined YJE & Company in November of 2023 after working for Larry L Bertsch CPA and Associates since 2003. As a former founding member of Larry L Bertsch CPA & Associates, Andrew has over 20 years of tax and accounting experience and has been an IRS Enrolled Agent since 2010.
Andrew keeps plenty busy outside the office with his wife, four children and grandfather to a beautiful granddaughter. When not working and spending time with family, he enjoys seeing live music and playing his own music as well.

Katie started her career in tax and accounting in March of 2004 while working for Larry L. Bertsch, CPA and Associates. After Larry’s passing in April of 2023, the firm was closed and Katie joined YJE & Company, Inc in October 2023.
Katie began her degree program at UNLV and finished it at University of Phoenix, graduating in May 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
She is a long-time resident of Las Vegas moving in 1973 with her parents and brother. She worked for various companies before starting with Larry L. Bertsch, CPA and Associates; The Jockey Club as payroll supervisor, opened MGM Grand Casino as senior payroll associate and Summerlin Hospital as senior staff accountant.
Katie loves her Vegas Golden Knights and Las Vegas Aces, attending as many games as possible as well as traveling and spending time with her children and grand children during her spare time.

Born and raised in Madison, WI, Rebecca Carty (Becky) graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in accounting. With over 22 years of experience in the accounting field and 13 years specializing in tax preparation, Becky brings a wealth of expertise to her role as an Enrolled Agent (EA). After 12 years of owning her own firm, she recently joined YJE & Company, where she continues to provide exceptional service to individuals and businesses.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children, attending live music events, socializing with friends, and staying active.

Mishey joined the YJE & Company, Inc. team in December 2023. She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduated in the Fall of 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting. Since then, she has gained experience in accounting and preparing individual and business tax returns. During her spare time, Mishey loves to travel, eat, spend with family and friends.

Sara has called Nevada home since 1995 and joined the YJE & Company team in 2020.
Sara specializes in gathering client information, documentation for the preparation and completion of tax returns and other accounting work.
Chances are Sara may be the voice you hear when calling the office. Since joining the firm Sara has gained knowledge in the challenging world of taxes and has become a key member of the team.
To wind down after a hard day’s work Sara loves to spend time with family, cooking, gardening, and walking the dogs.

Jennifer Howard has been a bookkeeper for over seven years, starting her career with Allison Archer, CPA and continuing with YJE Tax when the firms joined in 2026. She handles everything from account reconciliations and financials for tax returns to sales and use tax filings, payroll, and payroll compliance. Jennifer is known for her attention to detail and her commitment to keeping clients’ finances organized and accurate.

When she’s not working with numbers, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her daughter, cheering on the Raiders (no judgment!), and tackling a good puzzle—something that perfectly matches her love for problem-solving.
